How every scenario is built
A scenario is a sequence of steps: an event, a check, an action. It runs itself when the event happens and keeps its whole path rather than a “done” tick.
Before the first switch-on it is dry-run: every step executes on real data while nothing is sent to anyone. You see the result, then you decide.
What it costs
One run is one whole execution of a scenario, however many steps it has. The free tier gives 1,000 runs a month, for good, without a card.

Can a ready-made scenario be changed?
Yes. Once installed it is yours: steps, wording and schedule are edited in the normal editor.
What if the scenario I need is missing?
You can assemble one from blocks, and any service with an open API connects through an HTTP request step.
Will it start messaging customers right away?
No. It arrives switched off, and the first run is a dry one that sends nothing.
