One run is one whole execution of a scenario, however many steps it contains. Zapier and Make meter each step, so a longer scenario costs several times more there.

What 1,000 runs of a three-step scenario cost
The cheapest paid plan of each service as of September 2026. Zapier bills per action and Make per step, so their price is multiplied by the number of steps in the scenario. n8n and Oxta bill per whole run. The n8n price is converted from euro at 1.148.
What every plan includes
- The whole platform: editor, scenario marketplace, run history, dry runs, sample cases.
- Unlimited scenarios and connected services — plans cap runs only.
- AI operations are counted separately from runs; with your own provider key they do not touch the allowance.
- Ukrainian paperwork and payment by hryvnia card.
What happens when runs run out
Scenarios are not switched off abruptly. We warn you before the allowance ends, and then you choose: buy a pack of runs or move up a plan.
On the free tier the allowance resets every month, and no card is needed at all.

One whole execution of a scenario. One abandoned cart is one run, however many steps it has. Dry runs count too.
Does the free tier need a card?
No. It lasts for good and requires no card.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are currently shown without VAT. The terms of use explain how the paperwork is issued.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Moving up charges the difference in proportion to the days remaining.
How do I pay from Ukraine?
With an ordinary Ukrainian card. Prices are quoted in dollars and charged in hryvnia at the rate on the payment day.
