How it works

The scenario runs on a schedule, when almost nobody is on the site.

Oxta pulls the list of SKUs and quantities from your warehouse system, database or export file.

Quantities are written to the shop in batches. Items missing from the list are left alone rather than zeroed.

- A source of quantities: warehouse software, a database or a regular export.
- The shop or CRM where quantities are updated.
- A matching rule: by SKU, barcode or your own code.
What a run looks like
Stock sync is the scenario where a mistake costs the most: one bad night and the shop either sells what it does not have or hides what it does.
So before each write the scenario shows how many lines change and by how much. If the warehouse suddenly returns ten times fewer lines than usual, Oxta stops and writes to you instead of zeroing half the catalogue.
What it costs
One nightly sync is one run, whatever the number of SKUs. Even hourly syncing is about 720 runs a month — still the free tier.

Will products missing from the export disappear?
No. Only the lines that came from the warehouse are updated; everything else stays as it was.
Can it run more often than daily?
Yes, the schedule is free-form, down to hourly. The price per run does not depend on the number of lines.
What if the warehouse system is unreachable?
The scenario writes nothing and reports the error. An empty answer from the warehouse never becomes zero stock in the shop.
