Integration

KeyCRM automation without a developer

KeyCRM holds your orders, products and customers. Oxta takes that data and finishes the job: messages the customer, builds the report, updates stock — and shows you every step.

What the pair gives you

KeyCRM stores data well but does not send scheduled messages or tie ads to orders. Oxta adds exactly that part without replacing the CRM.

  • Reminders for customers who never reached checkout.
  • A weekly stock report in Telegram.
  • Every order with its traffic source as a row in a Google Sheet.
  • Answers to routine questions built from your own terms.

How to connect it

Honestly: the connection is manual, there is no “sign in with KeyCRM” button. The upside is that you grant nothing beyond what you type in.

  1. Create a key in KeyCRM

In the API access section, create a key for the integration.

  2. Enter it in Oxta once

The key is stored encrypted, never shown in run history and never passed on.

  3. Install a scenario and dry-run it

The dry run shows exactly what KeyCRM returned, before anything reaches a customer.

If KeyCRM changes something

Changes on the CRM side are a common cause of silent breakage. Oxta remembers which fields used to arrive and, when one disappears, writes to you instead of sending customers a message with a blank delivery date.

The essentials, briefly

Do I need a particular KeyCRM plan?

You need API access on the KeyCRM side. Check the terms with your provider — Oxta charges nothing extra for the integration.

Does Oxta change anything inside KeyCRM?

Only what you explicitly configured in the scenario. Reading and writing are separate steps and the history shows each one.

What does a KeyCRM scenario cost?

The same as any other: one run regardless of how many steps. The free tier is 1,000 runs a month.
